Fast hybrid dispatch with the App Connector 365 E-POST API
The need for postal invoice receipt is still omnipresent. What does this mean for my Cloud ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which can be used from anywhere? Processing the invoice in the traditional sense, i.e. printing, inserting, franking and delivering it to the post office, can delay the process - especially if the invoice issuer is not "on site". Depending on the volume of invoices to be sent, this process can become even more time-consuming - time that could be used more productively.

Thanks to E-POST, a service of the German Postal Service, the days of manual dispatch are over. You can now send your invoices by post from anywhere with just one click. After installing the app, you have the possibility to select a posted sales invoice and send it with the following known shipping options
- Black/white or colored
- International shipping
- Registered mail (deposit/return receipt)
A report adaptation to a certain template format of the Deutsche Post is not necessary. A cover sheet with the correct dimensions is available. Afterwards the posted sales invoice is transmitted to the Deutsche Post. Here your invoices are processed and sent fully automatically, independent of time and in compliance with the GDPR. You can track and view the current shipping status at any time in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
We offer the E-POST API either as a purchase or subscription version, the prices are as follows:
